What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) once we confirm the issue.
- Refund initiation time: Within 72 hours
- Refund arrival time: 7–10 business days after initiation

How do I return an undamaged item?
You may return any undamaged, unused, and unopened item within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and "Factory Shape." You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the return at our official return address, we will begin processing your refund (minus shipping costs):

Returns sent to any address other than our Return Address will not be accepted or refunded.

What if my package is lost?
If your package never arrives or is lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and provide evidence of non-delivery. If the issue is due to our error (not an incorrect address), a refund (minus shipping) will be processed.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an invalid or incomplete address, or if a package goes unclaimed and is returned to the fulfillment facility, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact our fulfillment partner (Printful) directly or place a new order at your own cost.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday) are usually processed the same day or within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after that or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days. So from the time you place your order, you can expect delivery in about 4–6 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.49 for all orders within the United States.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We only ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it until it arrives at your door.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

We do not add extra fees for payment processing. However, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or service fees depending on your account.
